Job Description:
Job Title:- Support Manager.
Department:- Technology.
POSITION PURPOSE :- The primary role involves overseeing the front-line support operations within the department. The responsibilities are crucial for maintaining the stability, efficiency, and compliance of a bank's day-to-day operations.
• KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:- 1 Team Lead for Support Team
2 Handling the day-to-day Issues of the Calypso and Treasury Applications.
3 Monitor the Deal flow from trading platforms and do the needful when any deal is stuck in the interface.
4 Maintaining the health and keep the health check of Treasury Applications with Existing Support team.
5 Managing DR and BCP of the Treasury Applications with Existing Support Team
6 Providing Support to the Business Users on the production issues
7 Resolving the issues which has been raised in the agreed TAT or raise it to the next level.
8 Keeping the track of the open issues and provide RCA for all the resolved issues.
9 Deliver Small developments around Calypso according to the Business users’ requirements
10 Team Lead for Support Team.
• QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:- Essential A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or a related discipline is often preferred.
Preferred Strong technical skills in networking concepts and software applications along with leadership skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• COMPETENCY
• Technical Skills:- Skills
a) Candidate should have minimum 7-8 years of work experience.
b) Candidate should have basic techno-functional knowledge of Calypso and Treasury Applications.
c) Candidate should be able to handle and resolve the technical queries.
d) Candidate with Java coding skills, Linux, SQL are preferable.
e) Candidate having experience of production support is preferred.
f) Candidate should be a good team member and should have the right attitude to handle the Business users.
g) Understanding of Calypso and asset classes ie. FX, FI & MM, Derivatives.
