Job Description:
Position Purpose :- The Developer’s responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, performing duties in different departments in IT, gaining knowledge of operations, how to identify and apply important strategies and processes. They will get to know the nuts and bolts of our company’s functions and operations and they will support Technology team with daily tasks. Developers needs to focus on the Technical Aspects of the Tasks and Projects assigned as they will help us develop and implement our Technology strategies.
To be successful as a LCNC – Developer, you should have superb attention to detail and be able to promptly identify problems, strong analytical skills, super strong coding skills and inclination towards the same. Role assigned will be under Technology & Solutions Department. Candidate needs to be completely flexible with the role assigned to him / her.
This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a Tech role with advancement potential.
Position Responsibilities :- • Developing projects or enhancing existing applications built on multiple LCNC platforms used in the Bank:
a. SharePoint
b. PowerApps/Power Automate
c. Kissflow
d. OutSystems
e. Mendix
• Understanding the requirement from an end-to-end perspective and implementing a scalable solution
• Working with different versioning control tools like GIT/SVN.
• Working on different cloud platform such as AWS, Azure and GCP
• Work towards simplifying process/ system/ customer experience/ out-of-the-box solutions
• Connects the dots, continuously scans environment, aware of the competition/ market trends/ opportunities
• Looks at pros and cons of an issue keeping an eye on the overall risk appetite of the bank
• Makes an independent assessment of a situation by reading through all relevant documents
• Appeals to data reason facts and figures to anticipate future risks to the bank
Qualifications and Experience Requirement:- • Graduate/Post-Graduate
Experience :- • 3 years’ experience in at least one of the above LCNC Platform
• Participated in coding competitions
• Excellent math and computational ability
• Effective communication skills
• Proactive approach and flexible attitude
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand and work in a multi-cultural environment
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize
