Grade : Manager/ Sr. Manager / AVP.Department- Technology. Reporting To IT Head. POSITION PURPOSE
Full Stack - Developer – Lead for multiple applications
A. KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Sr. Key Responsibilities
1 Team Lead / Team Management
2 In-depth understanding on React, HTML, CSS, NodeJS DB
3 Prioritize requirements across applications and projects
4 Ensure compliance, regulatory guidelines are followed and complied with
5 Work with architecture to continuously improve to achieve scale and resilience and with support to ensure continuous and monitoring is in place
6 Ensure debt assets are not build and regular housekeeping is in place
7 L3 support and support audits as and when required
8 Understanding of business domain and applications supporting the business domain & Good understanding of programming language
9 Willingness to adapt, cross-skill and contribute to various development and organizational activities
10 Upskill to the newer technologies
