Graduate in First division
Good Communication skill
Should be ready to work in Flexible shift (Our Coverage is from 11:30 AM To 11:PM IST)
Should be open to Work from office.-----------
• Load and activate Counterparties as well as Internal Departments on BANCS Mauritius, ACBS and Integra
• Counterparty maintenance.
• Project amendment requests for Counterparty maintenance.
• Receive request for FEDS and CFC mapping via Service Now
• Use ZFX number received to identify client in Hogan
• Check that client information is loaded on Golden Source
• Resolve exceptions
• Resolve trading source system and data cleanup exceptions
• Resolve Trade Mapping queries- investigation and execution if issue falls within SRD - If no, escalate to relevant teams
• Source system exceptions (Golden Source, CAL, SMART, MUREX, CDS), London, BANCS Mauritius/Nigeria - London
• Counterparty onboarding on non-integrated source systems - (Integra, Market wire, Fenics, BANCS NIGERIA/MAURITIUS)
• Counterparty maintenance on non-integrated source systems
