Job Description:
unctional Skill Set: Hands on Experience of Intellect CMS Application (Payment, Collection, BXP, Integrator, Liquidity etc.), System understanding and hands on experience on Application Support.
Technical Skill Set: Fair Knowledge on Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Web Server, App Server, Linux, Windows Server
Monitoring Skill Set: Follow the SOPs, do proactive monitoring of application, coordinating with other team in case of any issue.
Incident Management Skill Set: Checking the BMC tool to check the tickets and update the status of the tickets accordingly. Maintaining the SLA, do the critical analysis of application. L1 Support
