Job Description:
Job Purpose:
The role entails the responsibility to provide technical leadership for production support
throughout the application support. It will include creation of technical skill, ensuring proper
resourcing and skills on the production issues, efficient code management, defining and
following best practices for delivering best- in- class solutions for the bank
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end production support on IT Applications, Integrations and mobile apps
? L1 and L2 monitoring and application support
? Alize the production issues and provide the best solution or fix the bugs.
? Should have hand on knowledge any cloud planform like AWS, azure .. etc
? Should have hand on knowledge mule, API and SQL, SFDC , SOP-Api .... etc
? Person should have backing domain knowledge with collection and FinnOne or landing
and retail site.
? Communicate project team for production issues to senior management in a timely
manner
? Ensuring application should be up and running with 100% of SLA to deliver the quality
standards
? Develop strong support documentation including risk logs and requirement
specifications
? Communicate with the team effectively and ensure all members are on board with
delegated tasks
? Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
? Act as the escalation point for all technical production issues specific to application
? Capture and share best- practice knowledge amongst the team
? Create an environment that promotes collaborative learning and collective ownership of
responsibilities
? Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders
? Stay abreast with global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets
? Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure
? Added advantage for the candidate having technology skills i.e. .Net, Java, etc.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate – IT and computer Science , B TECH
Post Graduate – MCA , ME ,MS M TECH
Skill:
SQL, PL/SQL, Domain - FinnOne - LOS, LMS, CAS.
