Position Purpose: - To lead administrators in Exchange & Collaboration Management function.
Position Responsibilities: -
• Office 365 Strategy: Develop and lead the implementation of a comprehensive Microsoft
Office 365 strategy, including collaboration tools, email, and productivity applications, to
optimize team efficiency and communication.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of Office 365 and collaboration
administrators, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
• Microsoft 365 Apps: Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 applications, including Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, ensuring they are up to date and
properly configured for users.
• Collaboration Solutions: Lead the deployment and management of collaboration solutions
such as Microsoft Teams, enabling effective communication, file sharing, and project
collaboration.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures and policies within
Office 365 to protect data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and
industry standards.
• User Support: Provide top-notch support and training to end-users, ensuring they can
maximize the benefits of Office 365 and collaboration tools.
• Integration: Integrate Office 365 with other business systems and applications to
streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Automation: Utilize scripting and automation tools to automate routine tasks and enhance
the efficiency of Office 365 administration.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of Office 365 configurations,
procedures, and policies
Qualifications and Experience Requirement: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Threshold Competencies: -
• Proven experience in leading Office 365 and collaboration teams.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex Office 365 and
collaboration issues.
• Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
• Knowledge of cloud-based collaboration and productivity solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or similar
Leadership Competencies: -
• Proven experience in leading Exchange & Collaboration teams.
• IT experience in Banking in industry is beneficial.
