Job Description:
Must have
1. Lean Six Sigma certified Greenbelt/Back Belt. Understand entire guidelines and know how to applied real time.
2. Understand Process Re-engineering, RCA, CAPA, 5 why Analysis, Reviewing & Approving CAPA of Internal & External audits and continuously improving.
3. The ability of process mapping, understand SIPOC
4. Analytical bent of mind and ability to read/interpret data
5. Hands-on with statistical tools (R, mini tab, etc.)
6. Logical problem-solving approach
7. Basic understanding of GIS(Geographical Information Systems)
8. Ability to manage and organize data in Excel
9. Individual contributor role.
Must have hands on / real time exposure on CI implementation and Know how implementation of Six Sigma guidelines.
Good to have
1. Hands-on in the Maps environment
2. Experience in working with Tableau or any other Reporting database
3. Understanding of SQL or similar querying tools
4. Understanding of Agile concepts
