Job Description:
RPA BluePrism Technical Architect:- Job Purpose- The Technical Lead manages the Technical aspect of changes, exception management of BOTs in
production and manages Blue prism envionment, and will be a technical mentor for the team. Responsibilities:- "The Technical Lead performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
• Provides technical direction for change and exception management for BOTs running in production
• Reviews the work of the development team
• Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions
• Keeps relevant stakeholders well informed of the status of development efforts and serves as
liaison between development staff and various project stakeholders
• Ensures technical teams are contributing to an integrated code library
• Owns the change lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project
• Communicates and enforces coding standards
• Performs code reviews and mentors junior developers
• Consistently delivers high-quality services for our clients
• Understands complex database concepts and effectively employs different database design
techniques
• Understands browser / client specific compatibility issues
• Conducts effective performance evaluations and mentors developers and senior developers
through formal and informal channels
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
• Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses technical issues as appropriate
• Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures
• Proactive CR\Issue prioritization based on BA inputs, Tracking, Closure,

? Effort utilization and Tracking"
• Develops, Implements and manages Blueprism infrasture upgrade related projects
• Resolves/assists in resolving Blueprism envrionmental issues. Ideal Candidate Profile:- • Should have minimum 13 + Years IT experience with 5+ years experience on Bluprism automation
with minimum 4-5 year in in leading team of min 4-5 members
• Should be Blueprism Developer/Designer/Architect certified
• Should have Basic programming background (.Net, SQL)
• Ability to analyze, understand business problems and assist team in solution development
• Technically sound candidate on Blueprism Architechure with hands-on experience on Blueprsim
automation specifically on Exception handling, Process/Object design, Work queues
• Should have hands-on experience in Bluprism environment management like Upgrades, Assist in
resolving environmental issues related to Virtual machines, Software configuration etc
• Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Outlook, Excel) including macros creation
• Good to have knowledge of a scripting languages (JS/ VBS/ JavaScript)
• Good to have knowledge of mark-up languages like HTML, XML, etc.
• Good to have knowledge of JIRA Set-up and Workflow design, Process onboarding to JIRA
•Good to have exposure on : Control Room activities, Login agent etc. Added Advantages to the Profiles:- • Experience on other automation technologies like Automation Anywhere, Fusion etc.
