Job Description:
Responsible for setting-up and scaling up Tractor Loan Business across multiple States.
• Required relevant experience to setup business from inception and expand the same to 400+ branches, as per Business Plan.
• Extensive knowledge and market understanding of Tractor Loan Business is mandatory.
• 12+ years of Sales experience in a Bank or NBFC and within which a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Tractor loan business is mandatory.
• Business Management: Overseeing and guiding leadership team on developing on going market insight, identify sector trends and work with Products team and stake holders in developing competitive product proposition.
• Business Growth: Should be a go getter and responsible for business growth as per the budget.
• Portfolio Review and Performance management: Analyze Product and Portfolio Performance regularly and ensure to meet the required quality and standard.
• Process Streamlining: Work with stake holders in Customization/digitalization in the process
• Product Sales Support: Devising training module, imparting training to various team co-ordination with various support vertical etc.
• Stakeholders – Ops, Tech, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operational Risk
• Regulatory compliance adherence and advisory at all times
