Job Description:
• Exposure and hand on experience to application support / architectural concepts / design across diverse technology platforms.
• Experience on applications support like GST,Asset-Liability Managment,GL-Reconciliation, Online Meeting application, Voucher/Claim management etc..
• Troubleshooting of issues of Finance/Banking Applications.
• Understanding of issues, and guiding support staff for closure on severity issues.
• Log Analysis and providing resolution thereafter.
• Liaising with different Teams in and outside IT.
• Very good soft skills (people management, communication, problem resolution, resource allocation etc.
• Excellent Technical skills with fair understanding of the functional domain
• Engagement with Partners for issue resolution.
• Implementing Monitoring tools for Finance/Banking Applications.
• Handling and Resolving Audit Related Queries
• Experience in BFSI segment.
• Creating SOP's for all Processes involved in Finance/Banking Application Management.
• Vendor management
