Job Description:
• Monitor / Drive Vendors' performance KPIs & compliance
•SLAS Compliance and report to the Apple Program Managers
•Validate vendors' delivery plans and present them to Apple program/planning Managers
•Facilitate any change management related to s c o p e volume or any external dependency e.g. tools downtime
•Coordinate with Tools / Spec / Process Technology / Management
to implement any changes/adoption in the vendor's operations
•Drive compliance on deliveries / Various
reporting
• Review Quality performance and drive RCA/CAPA
