hands on development, Configuration, Customization, Lightning and LWC Experience.
Must have worked on Lightning, Aura Components, Salesforce Admin, Apex Trigger, Batch Classes, API Integration( Must have for Sr. Dev)
For Sr. Dev should have worked on Deployment tools, have problem solving and Debugging skills, solution Oriented.
