Job Description:
12+ Year on End to End Technical Architecture. Full project lifecycle experience is a must.
Telco (Wireless/Wireline) B2B/B2C business domain
Defined technical solutions cutting across layers (UI + Middleware service + Backend DBs ).
Strong technical architecture skills using multiple skills from below across layers:
React, Angular, Java / J2EE, Microsoft .NET, full stack, MVC
Microservices, Web services, REST, SOAP
Kafka, RabitMQ, GraphQL
SQL Server, No SQLs (Mongo, Cassandra , etc..)
Cloud Native applications using services from Azure / AWS / GCP
DevOps (GIT, CI, CD, Monitoring, etc..)
Mobile apps (understanding of platforms for Android and iOS using Native languages – Kotlin and Swift)
Design Patterns for layers and overall application
Strong Architectural skills for Understanding and Managing NFRs End to End (Requirements to Implementation )
Exposure to multiple and diverse technologies and environments. A good understanding of open source based technologies, micro services, event driven architecture.
Strong Understanding in Application Migration to cloud (Completely on Cloud OR in hybrid mode)
Ability to estimate the financial impact of technical architecture alternatives.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ability to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems.
Ability to present/explain the created Solutions /Technical Architecture artifacts to business and technical stakeholders.
Good understanding of wireless prepaid / postpaid business, BSS functions and Operations
Good to have certifications like – TOGAF/ Cloud architecture / TM Forum Frameworks: eTOM, TAM, SID and Integration Framework (TNA) and CMM/CMMI, or alternatively proven experience is required and conversant with standards like TMF Frameworx, TOGAF, SOA and leading enterprise architecture development for large production grade ICT solutions
Excellent communication skills, able to facilitate technical workshops, and clearly communicate ideas and solutions through various means (written, presentation and in person), with both internal and external teams. Also able to explain complex issues to a wider business audience.
Ability to interact, communicate with and build relationships with Senior Stakeholders (e.g. Heads of Dept., Directors etc).
Good commercial acumen, Ability to influence business decisions.
Ability to build strong and trusted relationships with other teams, vendors and service partners.
Excellent planning and time management skills.
Ability to guide and manage team of component Architects and Solution Designers.
