"Responsible for Vendor Governance ,collaboration & success. Collaborate with all Tier1 & Tier 2 Vendors to bridge the gaps. Service request review - end to end process Reduction or minimal bouncing of all request fulfilment tickets. Defining improvement plans, process and action items to reduce the backlogs and identify the pain areas of the client. Ensuring adherence to all defined process and timely delivery of activities with quality . To work with hand in hand with Service Catalogue team wherever needed to convert Non-Standard SR to Standard SR. Creating process document for the entire workflow of RFM including the R&R of user assignment groups. Weekly / Monthly/ Daily Governance calls with the relevant stakeholders . IBM SIAM to ensure Critical Alerts are raised for every CI Exploring Automation for tracking critical alerts Understanding Vendor’s role in Event Management process"
