Job Purpose:
The role is to build and run Data Mart / Data Warehouse to deliver dashboard to end user.
Service all request related to RBI Reporting
As Lead for the team, you will build a high performing bank team and also lead a team of
vendor resources to develop systems and tools that delivers outstanding services to our
customers that are secure, reliable, and easy to use. The role holder is expected to also
perform production support services to make sure the systems are stable and end users
query are responded on time.
Roles and Responsibilities:
? Work with business stakeholders to understand the requirement and create a
roadmap
? Lead a team of engineers developing the application and raise / resolve issues that
blocks progress
? Be fully accountable for execution of projects with adoption of Agile methodologies
? Ensure quality of deliverables by adopting appropriate testing methodologies
? Perform code reviews to ensure alignment with standards and guidelines
? Provide production support for the applications
? Good understanding of relational & NoSQL databases
? Maintain and upgrade existing systems as required.
? Proactively take up troubleshooting of technical issues, risk mitigation planning
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate OR Post Graduate – Any
Experience: 7+ years
? Excellent engineering and product management skills, attention to detail, and good
communication skills.
? Experience managing applications developed on SAS - EG, Advance SAS & SAS Viya
? SAS Certification will be added advantage
