Must Have:
• Strong PM experience with 12+ yrs in
• Delivery experience preferred
• Hands on experience of driving projects
• Understand technical needs as a PM
• SDLC exposure
• PMP/Prince 2 certifications
• Should be able to have conversations with Architecture teams
Good to Have:
• CI/CD and DevOps maturity knowledge and experience
• ITIL knowledge and experience
• RFIs and RFP experience
Overarching Requirement - Strong Stakeholder management and Good comms as the person will be expected to interact with Senior Management roles.
Another important thing is the inclusion of a case study at the client rounds, this is something new and we need to incorporate in our internal evaluations.
The high level case study inclusions are as follows:
• Hypothetical scenario is given to the candidate
• Problem Statement could range from a variety of issues in the product, process, delivery etc.
• Expectation from the candidate is to be able to make a business case ppt and present the same to the panel, the business case should include detailed problem statement, stakeholder requirements, root cause analysis, As-Is; To-Be; RAID (Risks; Assumptions; Issues and Dependencies); Work breakdown structure; Product Backlog, an overall Project plan and Project Governance. The risks should cover a view on the upstream and downstream impacts due to the change and also what could be some of the risk mitigating actions
