Job Description:
Technical Lead for finnOne CAS
Technical project manager for system requirements
SME in the organization as techno functional expert to provide appropriate salutations and doing impact analysis
Project planning, management and completion for retail lending specifically for CAS
Responsible for implementing correct solutions during RQA
System Testing (SIT, Performance and integration testing)
Providing UAT support during SIT and UAT testing
Ensure the timeline and defined budget
Liaising and coordination with vendors and other stakeholders for the systems integrated with finnOne
Responsible for end to end implementation of changes within the existing architecture
Writing technical requirement in crisp and clear form in form of BRD
Assist programmers during system development
System compliance according to IT policies
Technical Skills / Proficiency required:
6-8 yrs. Experience in development or project management.
Hands on experience in Oracle PL/SQL, debugging of DB function/procedures
Knowledge of application server i.e. WAS, Weblogic
End to end Techno functional knowledge of FinnOne CAS
Knowledge of finnOne architecture
Should have knowledge of APIs
Good Analytical skills to resolve UAT issues
Should know Agile methodologies / Scrum Master
Knowledge of Tracking tool Jira
Strong communication skills to present solutions to senior business/IT stakeholders
Should understand Java code and integration with associated systems
Good team player, people/conflict management
