Job Description:
"Domain Knowledge
• Active monitoring of RPA servers
• Inventory management of VMs, Application Licenses
• Maintains user profiles ensuring password policies and other system policies are enforced.
• Managing the L1 infrastructure team
• One point of contact for all the Infrastructure the issues for RPA platform
• Troubleshoots any IT technical issues and resolves in a courteous, professional, and timely manner in person or via email, telephone and/or other electronic medium.
• Maintains accurate IT asset inventory and assist in the team for enabling the Work From Home setup
• Installs patches and upgrades for RPA software in accordance with the company’s life cycle management policy.
• Enabling the process/project specific settings on servers
• Maintaining the details of each settings done on every server of the RPA
• Performs data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• The candidate should be proficient with advance MS Excel skills with basic knowledge of VBA and Macros
• The candidate should be well versed with MS – office and Power point presentations
• MISs and Dashboards for senior management, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Ability to give solutions on dashboard/MIS visualization to share with senior leadership
