Job Description:
Minimum of 4 years as Business Analyst for BFSI domain.
? Working experience in Retail Banking, Central Banking, Payments system like NEFT, RTGS & QPX
and loan(LOS& LMS application) domain.
? Good understanding SDLC , STLC, Bug life cycle and Agile Methodology.Experience in
requirement
? gathering, managing project schedule and participating in performance standards discussions.
? Experience in Create Business Requirement documents, Functional specification documents,
Test
? Case/Test Condition documents and Test specification document.
? Experience in Requirement Gathering, Project management/coordination and attending the
discussion with the stack holders for the new change requirements
? Creating user manuals and video tutorials for client requirement and training.
? Experience in understanding the Business requirements and converting into BRD (Requirement
document).
? Experience in Co-ordinating with Business/Client and development team for functional
clarification and defect discussion
? Experience in end user/Client UAT training activity
