Job Description:
• Minimum of 4 years as Business Analyst for BFSI domain.
• Working experience in Retail Banking, Central Banking, Payments system like NEFT, RTGS & QPX and loan(LOS& LMS application) domain.
• Good understanding SDLC , STLC, Bug life cycle and Agile Methodology.Experience in requirement
• gathering, managing project schedule and participating in performance standards discussions.
• Experience in Create Business Requirement documents, Functional specification documents, Test
• Case/Test Condition documents and Test specification document.
• Experience in Requirement Gathering, Project management/coordination and attending the discussion with the stack holders for the new change requirements
• Creating user manuals and video tutorials for client requirement and training.
• Experience in understanding the Business requirements and converting into BRD (Requirement document).
• Experience in Co-ordinating with Business/Client and development team for functional clarification and defect discussion
• Experience in end user/Client UAT training activity
