Education Qualification - MCS/BE/Btech, Application Operations Knowledge - 1 Year (Mandatory) Online application experience - 1 year (Mandatory) Unix Basics /Shell Scripting - 1 Year (Mandatory) SQL/PLSQL- 1 year Java/J2EE - 1 Year Following is the JD #Monitor Online Applications and raise alarm in case of any major/critical issue #Resolve Service Desk and CMS tickets #Coordinate between different teams (Outside IBM and internal IBM) #Support Changes and applications testing after changes #Should be able to analyze logs specifically WAS and application logs. #Should be able to do troubleshooting for incidents #Data extraction /Updation and report sharing. #Update SOP as and when required. # Available to work for 24X7 shifts.
