 Job Description:
We have urgent opening for experienced Sales Head-Enterprise only Experience-: 10+ Years (Min) Joining location- Malad (Mumbai) Role-Permanent. Designation-Enterprise Sales Head - Identifying and Generating New Customers - Building and Managing Relationship with Customer and OEM - Build, Define, Monitor & Track Sales Targets and reviewing the Sales achievements periodically of the entire Sales Team. - Monitoring Sales Opportunities, Strategizing sales operations - Involving relevant BU Managers / Presales Manager in every opportunity - Working with internal authorities to accomplish tender response process - Managing escalations for all aspects from customers - Ensuring up-to-date knowledge on technological offerings to self and entire Sales Team. - Conducting Technology sessions with Presales Consultants / OEMs at Customers in order to generate new opportunities - Attending Pre-bid meetings in order to ensure relevant responses to tenders - Ensuring healthy Sales pipelines - Coordinating with purchase, delivery and support for timely delivery of material / solution and updating customers - Ensuring healthy cash-flow - Define marketing campaigns with Marketing Team - Conducting reviews with purchase, logistics and support for timely delivery of material / solution and updating customers - Ensuring timely realization of revenue - Attending review meetings with Project Manager and Customers - Tracking the competition, their strengths and weakness, their revenue share and using them to our advantage to generate business - Keep a track of the client’s business initiatives and future plans and analyse its impact on the business - To ensure up-to-date technology knowledge from Relevant OEMs / Presales Consultants / BU Managers - Ensuring proper documentation of the processes to meet required compliance
