1) Management of the trading engine of fresh products -fresh fruits & veg-etables
2) Adhering to the standards prescribed by management.
3) Responsible for the quality team ensuring full adherence to local and in-ternational health and safety standards for all facilities, materials and products.
4) Maintaining all international certifications, appropriate recording and remedial action
5) Minimum down-time of lines installed.
6) Coordination with Compliance – reduction of wastage/rejects/consumer returns
7) Relationship management of suppliers and contractors
8) Drives the business with vendors, outsourced partners and consultants and government agencies.
