• Recruitment utilizing various sourcing method like Web portals (i.e.Naukri, Timesjob, Monster, Linkedin etc.)
• Referring Internal Database, Employee referrals, Job Posting & Bulk Mail-ing etc.
• Screening & short-listing candidates profile as per the requirements of clients.
• Validation on general fitment (education, experience, gaps –academic and professional, stability, location).
• Conducting both telephonic and face to face interview and shortlisting the candidates.
• Co-coordinating with candidates after company selects the candidate.
• Joinee on-boarding, documentation & collecting relevant documents.
• Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status re-ports, closure reports & feedback reports.
